The University of Poitiers invites you to join the mentor program for international students to help you settle in after your arrival. The program is part of an elective course for French students called “Intercultural Exchanges”.
This one-semester program is open to all international students (The number of places may be limited).
The program helps you get off to a goodstart and adjust to life in Poitiers and at the university.
Groups of French student mentors and international students are set up at the beginning of each semester.
Each French student mentor is assigned 2 or 3 international students. The mentors help you get to know Poitiers and the university’s facilities and services. Mentors also provide help with everyday life and organize activities and get-togethers. Application forms for the mentor program are available at the International Relations office.
